When approved, can our school/organization offer the exam to our students at our location?

Yes, but, some NHA policies must be followed:

Exam Dates: The school must coordinate exam dates with their Client Account Manager (1-800-499-9092).

Exam Proctor: The examination proctor must be an employee of the school. The proctor’s resume and Proctor’s Oath must be submitted in advance and approved by the NHA.

Proctor/School Fees: The NHA will pay a fee to the proctor or directly to the school based on the number of examinees per test session. Any number of participants can take the exam.

Attendee Master List: The NHA will furnish the names of individuals who will attend the exam 24 – 48 hours before the scheduled exam date.

Do the instructors need to be certified to teach the specified course?

Eligibility guidelines are determined by individual states, so check your state guidelines in reference to instructor requisites.
