1. Applicant must submit an application to the pharmacy board.
2. After application has been submitted, the individual may act as a technician for up to 30 days while awaiting a response.
Renewal
Required
Applicant must submit a renewal application ($50) to the pharmacy board biannually by July 31st.
Training
Required
“The pharmacy manager shall develop or adopt, implement, and maintain a pharmacy technician training manual for the specific practice setting.” [VT Board Reg. 18.1.2.1]
The National Pharmacy Technician Training Program has been specifically approved by the Board.

Yes
