Registering Your Students Is Easy!

If you would like to register your students for their National Certification Exam, you will need the following information for each student:

Student Registering on their own can use the NHA exam registration process by clicking here.

Personal Information:

• Name
• Address
  
• Social Security
  
• Date of Birth
  
• Email address (if you do not have their email address, please use their initials plus the last for digits of their social security number @NHAnoemail.com
  (example: DS3376@NHAnoemail.com)
  

Payment Options:

• Corporate Credit Card: Name of organization, complete address is necessary to use your corporate credit cards
• Mail or Fax Orders: print a copy of the order and mail with a check or money order to:
