National Certification Exams

The National Healthcareer Association (NHA) offers National Certification Exams for allied healthcare professionals nationwide. Our Certification Exams are offered in three areas of study: Clinical, Administrative, and Instructional. These certification exams are presented by more than 1300 training organizations, 600 online training institutions and 526 military testing sites (DANTES).

The National Healthcareer Association was established in 1989, and has issued over 200,000 certifications to Allied Healthcare professionals. Those who pass the exam will be recognized as a Nationally Certified Allied Healthcare professional. Along with becoming certified one will receive a pocket ID Card and Certificate appropriate for display.

The NHA exams exceed all certification and industry standards for reliability, validity, and competency, making the NHA "The Benchmark in Allied Healthcare Certification." The NHA exams proudly promote the use of "psychometrics", which are the most up-to-date principles for the exam development process.
