Operating Room Surgical Technician Certification (CORST)
As a Certified Operating Room Surgical Technician you will work in the area of surgical services. As a CORST, you may perform some or all of the following tasks:
- Ensure the operating room is sterile and ready for patients
- Sterilize the instruments and preparing for use in surgery
- Set up instrument packs
- Prep the patient
- Assist OR nurses and/or surgeons
